If you can't receive the official email, you can try the following:

Please make sure you are logged in with the email address registered with your Astral account.

Please try to find it in spam or other folders. If you find that your email provider is pushing Astral emails into your spam folder, you can manually whitelist Astral's email address.

Please check whether the email client is sending and receiving normally. You can check your email server settings to make sure there aren't any security violations caused by firewalls or antivirus software.

Is your email box full? If your email reaches capacity, you won't be able to send or receive email normally. You can delete some emails to make room for new ones.

Try to choose mainstream mailboxes such as Gmail and Outlook.
